Customer Service Advisor

£16,000 – £18,000 OTE £36,000
They are looking for a number of Call Centre Agents within the Company to join their team.
The main purpose of the role is to contact and work with customers who are overdue on paying their instalment, account balance or agreed repayment plan; supporting each customer in getting their account up to date specific to each individual’s circumstance. You will also be required to assist their customer’s with any queries or concerns they may have regarding their account and to ensure they are finding and reaching the best possible outcome for them. This includes assisting customers through all forms of communication including Calls, Emails, Live Chats and Letters.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
- Previous Call Centre experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening skills and a personable approach
- Good administrative skills and with an attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Previous experience working within the financial services marketplace or regulated environment (desirable)
