Our client is a leading UK-based short term credit provider. They offer flexible loan solutions where you can borrow up to £1,000 repayable in instalments from 3 to 6 months.? As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of customer queries via telephone and email channels.
Your other duties will include:
– Updating the CRM system with customer contact details
– Managing all incoming calls from customers
– Re-engaging with prospective customers
– Undertaking any other tasks as requested by the Sales Manager
To be considered for this role, you must have previous telephone-based customer service experience. Equally important are your strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you must be patient and organised with the ability to multi-task. A team player, you must also be able to effectively prioritise your workload.
Previous telesales experience would be beneficial to your application.
