Receptionist
Salary: £21,000
Working Hours: 4 week rotational shift pattern: week 1 – 7.30am-4.30pm, week 2 8.30am-5.30pm, week 3 9am-6pm and week 4 10.30am-7.30pm
A prestigious car dealership in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for a professional front of house receptionist to join their friendly team. Well known in their industry for providing first class customer service to complement their premium product, they pride themselves on being the market leader in their sector.
Daily duties for this position will include; managing a busy switchboard, meeting customers and directing them to the correct department, assisting the finance department with overflow invoice processing and making sure the dealership is presented to a high standard.
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have come from a customer service background promoting a high end product. You will have a professional telephone manner and be able to handle a variety of customer enquiries and complaints while experience of using MS Office will be essential for this position.
