What do you care about? Do you support a nonprofit organization? Does the company assemble a team to run a 5k?

Do you attend conferences? Will the candidate? Is it required or an option?

If they win an award, will you fly them out to accept it?

What employee appreciation programs do you have? Christmas bonuses, employee of the month, an appreciation gala?

What exactly do you want from them? If they’re a salesperson, do you want a certain number of deals within a certain timeframe? Per month? A certain deal size?
